Overview
After years of success their previous web presence was no longer viable and brought notable limitations, making it hard to add new features. The Site failed to keep up with design trends and made the shopping experience difficult for customers.
We designed and developed a mobile friendly WordPress with custom features which will help improve user experience and provide an easy-to-use backend for the team.
Challenge & Objectives
After spending a significant amount of time and money, our client found that their old site had reached its limitations and no longer met their current needs. It was originally built using WordPress, which offers limited customization and is notorious for being buggy.
We were selected as their web design and Website development partner, to build them a custom WordPress website, which would solve their challenges, and scale with them as they continue to grow. We felt they were a perfect match with our skill set and would allow us to continue providing our services to them, as they scale.
One of our goals was to make the site better represent their brand, and make it easier to navigate. We wanted to focus on both desktop and mobile users, so usability was a major concern. Their site previously had a lot of design flaws that were difficult for mobile users to tackle.
We delivered a smooth, frictionless experience across devices by making it easier for the team to manage and update packages while providing a seamless experience.

A Foundation Of SEO Best Practice
Migrating a website to a new domain can present a lot of obstacles, but we have the expertise and experience to help. We followed best practices to make sure your SEO isn’t hindered, include thorough redirect mapping and preserving URL structure when possible. This was carried out by our in-house SEO Experts.
We included Yoast to give the team easy control over their metadata and content optimization, and the Redirection plugin to ensure they can easily manage future redirect needs.
Results
The website was very well received by the users and the bounce rate on the website declined by 60% which improved the usability of the website and the client saw a jump into the number of leads. With the new website, we also started regular SEO work for them.
