We started with getting all their live pages, Google Analytics Data, Google Search Console Data and data from SEMRUSH and Ahrefs to ensure we are taking all the pages into the consideration.
Once we had all the Pages, we combined them and ensure to delete any duplicate values so that we had unique URLs from different data sources.
We started with the URL mapping from the live site to the staging site to ensure we redirect URLs properly to pass the SEO value to each page. We also ensured to take a backup of important files added Old site including Sitemap, Robots, Meta Data, and all the copies.
Once the URL mapping was ready and the staging site was ready to make live, we started with the Redirect Strategy and mark the website live which helped us to carry forward the SEO value to the new website
